Dogwood Boat Ramp is located at the south end of the dam. From Exit 146 off I-30 in Mt. Vernon. It has a concrete boat ramp that can handle all boat sizes. Also, there is a courtesy dock, restroom, a parking area, a picnic area, and a camping site. A $2 fee is required for day use.
